Shipping policy

  • Thank you for shopping with Sibella Lifestyle. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we process and deliver your orders.


    1. Order Processing

    All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.


    2. Shipping Destinations

    We currently ship to addresses within South Africa. We are working on expanding our shipping to other African countries — stay tuned for updates.


    3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

    Express Shipping 1–2 business days
    Remote Area Delivery 5–7 business days

    Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.


    4. Shipping Costs

    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. We may offer free shipping on orders over a specified amount — check our website for current promotions.


    5. Order Tracking

    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your delivery through our courier partner's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.


    6. Remote & Rural Areas

    Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take longer than standard delivery times and may incur additional shipping fees. These will be clearly indicated at checkout.


    7. Failed Deliveries

    If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or no one being available to receive the parcel, the courier may leave a notification card or attempt redelivery. Additional redelivery fees may apply. Sibella Lifestyle is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information provided at checkout.


    8. Damaged or Lost Parcels

    If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately at sales@sibellaonline.co.za with your order number and details. We will liaise with the courier on your behalf to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


    9. Public Holidays

    Please note that orders are not processed or delivered on South African public holidays. This may affect estimated delivery times during peak periods such as the festive season.
